The Academy offers customer based services: thus focus on the customers technical level of truckmechanis, type of commercial vehicles in operation and special attention on the most common and every day problems.

So we provide tailor-made solutions in an existing modular program meeting the highest Dutch quality standards. The program can be offered in three languages: Arabic, English and Dutch.

IN THE OUTLINE BELOW THE MAIN PARTS OF THE DIFFERENT PROGRAM MODULES ARE DESCRIBED.

SPECIAL FOR MECHANICS,
Levels : Experienced, Advanced and Beginners.

  1. IN COMPANY Practice Training and Education for EXPERIENCED PEOPLE 1. For already very experienced mechanis in commercial vehicles (Trucks, Busses, Special Verhicles etc. ). Venue: in COMPANY customer. Focus on the current practice of maintenance and repair of company cars. All problems, including the latest technical developments are programmed. Level 2 (Innovam, the Netherlands). 
  2. IN COMPANY Training and Education for ADVANCED PERSONS 1. Same as above. In addition to the practice, also focus on the theoretical background. Venue: in ACADEMY. Level 1, partly Level 2. (Innovam, the Netherlands).
  3. ON SITE Training and Education for BEGINNERS 0.
    For special target groups:for underprivileged persons. Selection of natural talents for this training. These persons are given the chance to learn the basic principles of commercial vehicle mechanics. Focus on practice, but also some theory. Venue : in ACADEMY. Level Basics 0/1.
  4. IN ACADEMY Training and Education for MOTIVATED STARTERS 0, who want to learn the craft of mechanic thoroughly in practice and in theory . Students are selected on motivation and talent. Level 0/1.
  5. 5. IN COMPANY / IN ACADEMY WITH SPECIAL FOCUS ON DIFFERENT TRUCK BRANDS. Practical training for already highly experienced truck mechanics. Dedicated programs will be developed on behalf of manufacturers and / or importers of certain brands of commercial vehicles or for certain types of vehicles (e.g. trucks, garbage trucks, city busses, coaches, special heavy duty vehicles and four wheel driven cars) . These customized programs are of course entirely dependent on the wishes and requirements of the clients. Level 2.  
As a follow-up to the above programs for mechanics there is a range of programs that goes deeper into current practice and theory. The modules are offered both IN COMPANY and within the ACADEMY. More details on demand.
FOR TRUCK FLEET MANAGERS

IN COMPANY / ACADEMY.
TRUCK FLEET MANAGERS practice program.  
Customized modules can be developed for specific clients who have to operate a large number of company vehicles. The modules will be practice-oriented. Offered both In-Company and in the Institute. Fleet managers are taught how they can achieve more success through good proactive management, with focus on preventative maintenance. With this attention on a more proactive mentality and work approach many technical, financial, economic and environmental damage can be prevented.

FOR DRIVERS OF
TRUCKS AND BUSSES.

IN COMPANY / ACADEMY. DRIVERS INSTRUCTION PROGRAM.
Customized programs will be developed for specific clients that want drivers to better cope with trucks and bussess. In order to timely identify technical problems. As a result the vehicles will be in full operation and unnecessary repairs and a lot of damage are prevented. On top of this fuel consumption, oil consumption, fine-smoke emissions and environmental damage will be reduced.
TRAIN THE TRAINER

IN COMPANY / ACADEMY.
TRANSFER AND SECURING KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE.
The Multi Trucks Academy International believes it is of great importance knowledge and experience for the preventive maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles is transferred structurally to the local talents.Therefore the Academy developed a special program for the most talented mechanics. They will get the opportunity to be trained to become a dedicated trainer for truck mechanics . In this way, the knowledge and experience will be really structurally secured in the local community.

HIGH QUALITY

All theTraining and Education Programs we mentioned meet the high Dutch Quality standards of Innovam (The Netherlands).
A practice and theory examination is taken when the student is finishing the module they take. In the case of a positive result, the participants receive a certificate and / or a diploma.
